Delivery & Returns Policy

We aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 12pm Monday – Friday  (Excluding Bank holidays) the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, during Bank Holidays or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery

We offer four main delivery options for UK customers. Depending on the delivery option you select during the checkout process your order will be sent by either Royal Mail or Interlink Express.

International Signed For Delivery (Europe- 6-8 working days)
Our European signed for delivery service is available to all EU countries and requires a signature upon receipt. Please note that the price for international delivery is calculated during the checkout process.

International Signed For Delivery (USA & Rest of World- 7-9 Working days)
If you require your order to be delivered to a country outside of the European Union we offer a 7-9 working day international delivery service. The delivery charge is calculated during the checkout process and a signature will be required on receipt. 

Returns

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. To return your items please sned them in suitable packaging to Teen Sports Therapy, Unit 5 Woodland Court, Jessop Close, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 2AG.

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, you also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to replace them or get a refund.
